The organization was formed in the year 1976 with a view to export our range of products like Pipe, Pipefittings, Flanges, Plates, Valves, Fastners, Fabrication Jobs and Special Manufacturing Items as per Customers Requirment and many more to the national as well as in the international market as per National and International Standards. The founder of the organization, Mr. Ram Bodke decided to serve the customers with international standard quality products. We started with manufacturing of pipes, pipes fittings,Flanges, valves, Industrial olets, gaskets and has successfully catered to clients with all kinds of industrial products. Due to an extensive knowledge of the local market and the quality consciousness of the customer over the globe, we have been catering to various clients worldwide and has suggested suitable and more cost effective alternatives to specific requirements. |

| Raw Material & Processes Followed | |

We procure high quality carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel to produce our range of products. These raw materials are thoroughly tested as per international standard before accepting them. Only after qualifying in chemical and physical properties tests and analysis these raw materials are used for Manufacturing / Fabricating Buttwelded and Forged ELBOW , TEE , REDUCERS , FLANGES etc. Enginerring Material.
All the products are machined on high performance CNC machines to very close tolerances so that the assembly is a very easy process. The performances of the products are enhanced, as a result of this. After machining these products are cleaned ultrasonically in special cleaning machines to give them an elegant and finished look.
All the above processes are very closely monitored at each and every stages to give quality and consistency. This monitoring also helps us in evolving and developing new process whenever we require. Such process developments helps us to continually improve the quality.

The components manufactured on our sophisticated machines are always tested while in production. Products manufactured in our plant are tested by various methods to make sure about their performance. Tests that are carried out extensively at our end are:

* Interchangeability Test
* Burst Test
* Thermal Test
* Vibration Test
* PMI Test
* DP Test
Fittings , Flanges , Olets and Valves are Tested after manufacturing for its quality. This is done to make sure that not a single product goes out without proper inspection and our clients get the best out of us.
